Year 7 Netball Tournament

What a fantastic tournament for the girls! The team showed incredible determination, teamwork and enthusiasm throughout, finishing the day with three draw and two brilliant wins. Every player gave their all, and it was wonderful to see their confidence grow with every game. One of the highlights of the tournament was the girls’ willingness to swap positions and try different roles, giving everyone the opportunity to experience new positions and contribute to the team in different ways. Their flexibility, positive atti-tude and support for one another were fantastic to see.

A special mention goes to Maisie, who was a brilliant captain, leading by example and encouraging her team mates throughout the day, with great support from Charlotte. Mia was deservedly named Player of the Match, but this was truly a team effort. The defence was outstanding throughout the entire tournament, with every player working hard, making crucial interceptions and supporting each other brilliantly.

Well done to Millie G, Millie M, Matilda, Lexi, Savannah, Bells, Charlotte, Maisie and Mia for a wonderful team performance. You should be incredibly proud of themselves, not just for your results, but for your sportsmanship, resilience and the way you played to-gether as a team. An excellent tournament full of smiles, teamwork and fantastic net-ball.
