Student Safety Before and After School
We would also like to remind all students and families of the importance of safe and responsible behaviour when travelling to and from school.
This week, there were concerns raised about groups of students behaving unsafely at a local bus stop, including rough play and throwing belongings. In addition, students were seen walking on and off the pavement alongside a busy main road. A member of the public also reported a near miss involving students on their journey home.
We ask parents and carers to reinforce with their children the importance of using pavements at all times, being aware of traffic, and behaving sensibly while waiting for or travelling on public transport. These simple actions help to keep everyone safe and ensure students represent themselves and the school positively within our local community.
Thank you for your support in helping to keep our students safe.
