KEY UPDATES / REMINDERS / NOTICES 

Reminder re Y11 Prom

We are delighted to be holding the Year 11 Prom on Friday 26th June at Reed Hall, University of Exeter.

The event will begin at 6:30pm, with carriages between 10:30pm and 11:00pm.

There is parking available across the University site. Please note that the nearest car park operates with an access code, which will be shared with parents on the day of the event.

 

Reminder Yearbooks

The Yearbooks are currently being finalised and will include photographs from the last day before Study Leave, along with images from the Prom awards.

Yearbooks will be available for collection on GCSE Results Day, Thursday 20th August.

 

Parent/carer survey on Wellbeing and Mental Health

As a school we are looking for your viewpoints on how you feel we support your child with their mental health and wellbeing. We would appreciate it if you could complete the attached survey which will only take a few minutes of your time.  This will form part of our planning moving forwards to help support our school community with their mental health and wellbeing.

Mop Up Vaccinations

If your child missed their HPV or MenACWY / Tetanus/ Diptheria and Polio vaccinations, we will have a mop up session on Thursday 25th 2026. If have already consented to the vaccinations, your child will already be on the list. If you still need to consent:

Parking

We are still receiving complaints from residents regarding inconsiderate parking. Please can we ensure that driveways and roads are accessable at all times. Residents are also in contact with the local community policing team around these ongoing issues.
