Badminton Success for Zac

On 11 & 12 May, sixth former Zac Phillips travelled to Cornwall to compete in the South West Under 18 Badminton Championships. He had a very successful weekend, winning the South West U18 singles title and the men’s doubles. This is an end of season tournament with prize money so Zac did very well to take the top honours. This caps a great season for Zac, who also competed at the Nationals over Easter where he beat a former England player in the singles but was then knocked out by the eventual winner.
