Harry Patch Garden in Bloom!

IMG_0459

Due to the hard work of Post 16 students who planted the bulbs, and the kindness of local garden centres who donated the bulbs, the Harry Patch Garden has looked lovely in the Spring sunshine this week. Mrs Manaton donated the Forget-Me-Not plants and Mr and Mrs Manaton both did a huge amount of work in the summer holidays preparing the ground, and planting the Forget-Me-Nots and Lavender. We have blossom on the pear and apple trees and the Peace roses and the Talbot House roses are looking good despite all of our bad weather. It is great to see how this garden is developing.
