Please find links below to a Maths, English, and transition booklet. Students can work through the activities in these booklets to prepare for their move to secondary school. You should bring any completed work with you in September to show your teachers and tutor.
‘Essential Guide’ to Clyst Vale
The ‘Essential Guide’ contains everything you need to know about life at Clyst Vale, including: uniform, transport, student welfare and curriculum.
|The events below are part of the transition package that we offer in any ordinary year. We very much hope to be able to offer all of these opportunities to our September 2021 intake, but due to current uncertainties relating to Covid-19, we are currently keeping the programme under review. We will advise of any changes as and when they are confirmed.|

|Information packs sent to new students||Week of 7th June 2021.|
|New Intake Induction Days||A Year 7 Transition Day on Tuesday September 7th will take place, with full details to follow.
This is in place of the days that usually happen at the end of the summer term.
|New Intake Parents’ Evening||Regrettably, the decision has been made to cancel. Information will be sent to parents and carers instead.|
|A Transition Summer School Programme will be run by ‘The Big Step’ (an external company) from 23rd-27th August 2021.|
