Annual Offsite Visits Consent/Information Form
This year, in order to reduce the burden of paperwork for parents/carers, this will be the only consent form issued for all trips and visits. When an event takes place, you will be informed of the event but will only need to contact us if you do not wish your child to take part. Consent will be assumed in all other instances.
If we believe a trip/visit may be contentious, we will ask for additional consent at that time.
To further reduce the paperwork involved, we will no longer issue additional SOE3 forms for residential trips.
It is therefore essential that, should there be any changes in your or your child’s information, you inform the College immediately – by phone or preferably email (School Gateway).
