Exmouth Lifeboat Cheque Handover

On Monday 22nd October, Miss Harris and Mrs Padden took 12 students to Exmouth Lifeboat station to hand over a cheque for £366 raised on Harry Patch Day 2012.  They were given a tour of the new lifeboat station, were able to see the D class lifeboat (the inshore lifeboat) and allowed to go inside the Mersey Class Lifeboat.

The students who went all helped to raise money for the RNLI on Harry Patch Day. They are:

The post 16 students are Sam Sharpe 12HP, Rob Smith 12JP and Dumitra Bors 13MS.

They were given a great welcome by the Exmouth team and have been invited to visit again.
